On 19-20 November 2018, representatives of the European Expert Association participated in the international conference “Reform of Security Institutions in the Caucasus and Black Sea Region: Five Years Perspectives from Now”, held in Istanbul (Turkey).

• • Co-founder of the EEA Oleksii Komarov was presenting on the System of the Democratic Oversight over the Special Services in Ukraine after 2014.
  • Deputy Head of the EEA Ms. Maria Avdeeva had a presentation on the Reforms in the Cyber Security Sector of Ukraine.
